What to include
To move fast, tell us the part number and program, the plant or customer involved, the defect and the estimated quantity, and your deadline. With that, we can scope whether you need containment, sorting, inspection, rework, a resident liaison, or launch support, and confirm who is dispatched and when. If it is an emergency, say so first.
Hours and coverage
Office coordination runs Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24/7 emergency dispatch by arrangement. We cover Louisville, Jeffersontown, Shepherdsville, and Bullitt and Jefferson County, with local crews minutes from the Kentucky Truck Plant.
